Refund Policy


Refunds will be issued back on the original method of payment. U ME N LIFE will process the refunds for the products value and the tax within 2-3 business days upon receiving the package.

However please note that your bank may need few days to process your refund. Hence, temporarily they might put it on hold. However, your refund should reflect on your credit card statement within 5-15 business days following approval by them.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please contact us at support@umenlife.com for assistance before returning.


A restocking fee of $5.00 CAD is applied to all returned packages, except returns due to defective or incorrect merchandise at the fault of the supplier. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and providing a tracking number.

Please be sure to send your item(s) back in full accordance with our return policy: 

  • Item (s) must be sent back within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • Item (s) must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.
  • Item (s) must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

For faster processing please include your full name and order number displayed clearly on your package.


You have 10 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return or exchange your purchase from U ME N LIFE.

If you received the wrong color, or if you have received an item that was damaged during transit, we will reship your order at no cost to you. All reshipment requests will be reviewed and processed within 3 -5 business days.

U ME N LIFE is not liable for any return package that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
